Create Strong, Reliable Blades with the KH 414 Evenheat Knife Oven
When you’re tempering blades, the Evenheat KH 414 Knife Heat Treat Oven brings precise, high-heat control right to your workspace. It heats to 2200 °F inside a compact chamber, so you can treat single blades or small batches—without hogging your shop.
With a chamber deep enough for most knife profiles at 13.5″ D × 6.5″ W × 4.25″ H (0.22 cu. ft), you get room for multiple blades or larger pieces, while the wrap-around element ensures swift, even heat. That means consistent temper colors, steady grain, and blades that feel balanced and sharp right out of the oven.
Designed for plug-and-play ease, the KH 414 runs on standard 120V power and works on both 50 Hz and 60 Hz systems. You don’t need special electrical work—just set it up, dial in your temp, and trust the kiln to hold your blade at the right heat to bring out hardness and strength.
