Need reliable thermal cleaning for smaller DPF filters, DOCs, or metal components? The Olympic DPF2018HE offers the performance of a full-scale kiln in a more compact footprint. With 5.85 cubic feet of interior volume and a 30" x 20" x 20" oval chamber, it’s designed to handle filters and parts that don’t fit well in square kilns—without wasting energy or floor space.

Firing up to 2350°F, this top-loading kiln supports oxidation-based thermal regeneration cycles and a range of industrial heat treating tasks. The 3" firebrick and a protective 2" blank brick row help preserve the elements during loading. Built with Olympic’s proven electrical box design and balanced heating elements, the DPF2018HE delivers even, consistent results with every cycle. It includes the VentMaster downdraft vent and AOP receptacle as standard—ready for immediate shop use.
